Membership Assistant at A Mighty Practice


We’re looking for a membership assistant to join our creative team!

A Mighty Practice is an unconventional school for the creative soul. Through classes and coaching we give artists of all levels what they need to overcome their roadblocks, get started and stay motivated in their creative work. We do this through our
coaching program, and our monthly membership.


The membership assistant will be responsible for:

  • Communicating and coordinating with members.

  • Building and maintaining our Social Media presence.

  • Building, organizing, and maintaining membership resources.

  • Administrative support for CEO and staff.

Ideal candidates are extremely detail-oriented, and proactive team members who are able to work autonomously. We’re looking for an assistant with strong organizational and writing skills, who has experience in and enjoys customer service. Candidates must be a fast-learner and have experience with the following programs: Mailchimp, Slack, Instagram (stories, posts, reels), Facebook, Spotify, Zoom, and G-Suite. Candidates must have familiarity with the visual arts (a plus if they have a creative practice of their own!)

Membership assistant will start at 20 hours/month with hourly rate commensurate with experience.
